All denim items are repurposed and made custom for you. We only allow exchanges for sizing and fit adjustments for denim purchases. Fitting adjustments will be allowed free of charge for shipping. We will cover the shipping cost both ways only for domestic denim orders in the United States. We only allow up to 2 exchanges for alterations. After that you will be charged for alteration fee & for shipping.
For international denim exchanges, shipping costs may apply.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same item. We can also replace items if they are defective or damaged. To start your exchange, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you a free return shipping label and ship your new item as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All items, excluding denim items, are eligible for a full refund. We only offer free return labels for exchanges, not for refund returns. No refunds for discount orders. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be worn, washed, covered in animal hair, or tampered with. Once we receive your return and the item(s) are in the condition as they were, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Your refund will be processed and should appear on your original method of payment, within 2-7 business days.
